Below you will find information on the type of data we collect, on the way we use them, on the precautions we take to ensure confidentiality, on the ways in which each customer can control the information we manage.

What information we collect
Information provided spontaneously
ONLINE PURCHASE: email, password, name and surname
INFORMATION ON ONLINE PURCHASES: each time a customer makes an online transaction we record the product purchased, the data to issue a receipt or invoice, the shipping data. We do not receive any data relating to credit card transactions that are managed by the chosen third party clearing service.
INFORMATION ON THE USE OF ONLINE SERVICES: when a customer interacts with our site, the Facebook page, Google+, Youtube, we use cookies to understand how you use our digital media and improve them, which promotions are most interesting for you, how to let you finalize a purchase left pending (for more information on the use of cookies and to be able to disable them see the appropriate policy).

How we treat the data and on what legal basis
We use personal data collected from customers for the following purposes:
PROVIDE THE SERVICES OUR CUSTOMER REQUIRES: thanks to the information we collect, we can provide services such as the sale of products.
IMPROVING OUR SERVICES: we analyze the data to improve our services or develop new ones. For example, we use the information to solve navigation problems, to improve the assortment, to introduce new products, to organize promotions.
COMMUNICATING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS: thanks to the information we collect we are able to respond to the customer who contacted us, to offer products that best fit his/her profile and to offer him/her the best promotions. The use of customer information has as its legal basis on the need to execute the service contract of which the customer is a part and, for the purposes indicated below. The customer can, at any time, revoke one or more released consents, provided that the revocation of the consent does not infringe the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation (for example, on the contractual or legal obligations to which Onestopmarket is subject).
Each customer can express and subsequently modify these consents:
> Consent to data processing to receive information and promotional communications relating to our products and services.
> Consent to data processing for allow profiling, statistical analysis and market research aimed at providing information and services in line with consumer preferences and choices.
> Consent to the processing of data to receive information and promotional communications concerning products or services of our partners.

Because we need the data
The provision of personal data is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations of Onestopmarket (eg. the sale of products).
Any partial or total failure to provide the data may result in the partial or total impossibility of achieving the aforementioned purposes. The extent and adequacy of the data provided will be evaluated from time to time, in order to avoid the processing of data in excess of the aforementioned purposed. We will not use customers’ personal data for purposes other than those described in this statement.

To whom we communicate the data
The data acquired by Onestopmarket may be disclosed to:
> banking institutions and companies that manage online payments for purchases on the site;
> Transport companies responsible for the delivery of purchases

What are the rights relating to personal data
Each customer can exercise a series of rights on their personal data, recognized by the GDPR. In particular, the GDPR gives you the right to:
> access, correct or delete personal data;
> ask for data portability, ie receive the data in a structured and commonly used format
> lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (eg in the member state where the interested party normally resides, works or where the alleged violation occurred).

Data verification and management
> Through the account settings the customer can, in fact, check what data he/she has provided to Onestopmarket, he/she can modify them or delete some of them.
> If desired, the customer can request and obtain the elimination of his/her account and, consequently, of all the data connected to it, Onestopmarket, as prescribed by the GDPR, undertakes at the latest within 30 days from the request for cancellation to delete all the data present in its archives connected to the account from which it was requested. Some data could be kept in anonymous form, therefore not attributable to the customer, for statistical purposes only.

How we store data and secure its storage
We keep the customer's account information for as long as the account is active.
We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of our customers' information. The data is stored in an encrypted way and can be accessed both physically and logically by a limited number of people. All data is stored on servers within the European Union and is not transmitted to countries outside the EU. Onestopmarket does not store data relating to the forms of payment used by customers in its systems.

Changes to this statement
Any substantial changes to this information that may impact the processing of data will be adequately communicated and the possibility of deciding whether to continue using our services or not will be guaranteed.
